How do you attach those pesky odd-size PowerWing Header Sign Holders? Here is one way. The assembly is obviously short one fastener along the bottom. The upper Wing Nuts make assembly a little faster, though I do think I would take the time to tighten the lower with a Screw Driver just in case. CLICK the thumbnail for a front view. I recommend facing the one Wing Nut on the front  toward the rear for a cleaner look
