It’s amazing what you can find laying in the trash heap behind the fixtures Skunk Works. Your first guess might be some manner of Heavy-Duty Flat Bar Display Hook. But note the bar-gaps are not consistent across both backplate loops. Plus it can sit flat with both front and rear precisely on the shelf surface. Maybe it is some sort of Bar Mount Divider? Maybe both Divider and Bar Display Hook combined? If you can identify this item precisely, please leave a comment.
