My best guess on classifying this solid shape is 7-sided, 3-dimensional Heptrahedra.  If not that then the only other thing it could be is a Terseract after a traffic accident! Close inspection reveals that it shipped flat and was folded into 3D reality  This must be a method of dimensional creation not covered in Edwin Abbott Abbott’s immortal treatise “Flatland, A Romance of Many Dimensions.” CLICK the thumbnail for a closer look.
