This is a larger-scale adaptation of a smaller industry-standard approach to mounting signage and labels. The rear face of the sign or label holder elides onto a standard mount.  The mount can be configured for shelf edge, hook, wall mount, sign stand upright, fencing or basket edge, or any conceivable location. THe sign or label holder too can take many forms, sizes and length creating a very flexible system. CLICK the thumbnail for a closeup view of the attachment concept. This example is oversize in design. Smaller, more delicate approaches pre-date it.
