Hi Greg: Sorry I do not know who makes the fixture. It might be custom. Seen in a Sports Authority shop. But the major wireform is easy to shape even in short run quantities. THe Slatwall backplate is an industry standard too, right out of inventory for major fixture makers, THe Sign holders are a bit unusual but something inexpensive there might be possible too. I would (1) visit a Sports Authority, buy the staff a few drinks, and see if they will share the source (2) Call sports authority HQ and ask if they will share infp with you (less likely at any retailer) (3) Call your fixture manufacturer and inquire about a solution. Cheapest would be a custom frontwire on stock backplate with a stock sign solution integrated or posted separately to slatwall. But if you need something this spiffy in its entirety, it is possible. If you have no one on the West Coast, my day job company has the equipment to do this. Use us as a fallback.
