A visitor comment led me to these interesting psuedo-pipe-joint fixture concepts. From the look of it the use of Kee Klamps almost allows DIY store fixturing. Almost but not quite since you still need a store concept, a good eye, and merchandising savvy … not to mention a Hex Wrench (Allen Wrench) and a bit of time. Though I normally do not (and mostly cannot) point you to fixture sources or recommend brands, this time “I cannot tell a lie,” see Simplified Building Concepts.

And you adjust these how?
Truly, something like this disturbs me… the “makee-doee” mentality of trying to be cute vs the functionality of truly versatile fixtures ready to handle anything that retail might thorw an them… these examples pictures are most definitely restricting.
Is the matching sign holder a plumbing wrench locked down onto the pipe with a duct taped slab of sheet metal – - – the copy written in welding flux?
Admittedly there is a limit to this approach, but I merely document what is out in retail and let you be the judge. While this would not suit a Macy’s or Abercrombie and Fitch, it might suite a Hot Topic, Spencers or Army Navy chain. Even there, you will note I caution it would require a store concept and some marketing savvy to make it work.
