Falling back on architectural terms, I’d call this a space frame, here corralling dried flower fixings. The idea may be a good one, though this example suffers from much abuse … the frame sags being unsupported in the middle, with front divider mounts bent and mangled (see Inset). Standard fencing provides containment on the shelf below.

IDEA: How about a sturdy square bar merchandiser across the back; long, heavy-duty hooks as dividers; and a forgiving plastic label holder extrusion across the front to complete and label the enclosure? If you like the idea and create one … please send a photo so I can post for others.
