Good practice for the eagle-eyed fixture aficionado. How many discrepancies can you find between these two Saddle-mount, Bar Merchandiser Hooks found in retail just as you see them? Finish? Saddle-mount width? Saddle-mount height? Frontwire gauge? Frontwire mounting height? Different radius in the wire bend?
Now extend your analysis and your critical eye. Which and how many of these contribute to visual differences that will lessen the appeal of your display? I suggest about half of these differences will clutter the display.
Will any customer notice specifically? Not directly. But fill your store with hundreds of differences like this and even the best merchandise will look like its being sold in a second hand store.

I totally agree with your observation. Such subtle differences can cause items to hang at different levels, too. It makes for a sloppy display, even if it is subliminal.

Thanks for letting me know I am not alone in this world with my Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder. My god Becky, where were you when I was single? Do you know how long it took me to find a wife who compliments my disorder?
